Customers now have the option to Buy Items in our Duty Free Shoppers On-Line and Pick-up in Departure / Arrivals at store. The service is also applicable for items purchased in our Duty Free shops at Arrivals / Departures for the vessels crews.
Unit purchased from DF-Shopper is covered by local warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Damage caused due to accident, mishandling, misuse, contact with liquids and improper repair/alteration of unauthorized service center are not covered by warranty.
As per our return policy, all goods can be returned within three months, however, they should be in an unused condition, in its original packaging and with the purchase receipt.Items returned are subject for verification and its physical condition, we keep right in our side to reject the goods in case they are in a not appropriated conditions.
In case of the confiscation the customer to provide the purchase receipt, itinerary, boarding ticket and confiscation letter. Once received, matter will be investigated and according to the Duty Manager's recommendation, we will advise customer.
Pre-order and payment online is possible by registering in to our WebShop address https://df-shopper.com, however, the items ordered should be collected during your stay at Poti port
You must be a departing / arriving passenger, crew member or transiting through Poti port for you to be able to pre-order online and obtain your treasure :)
You can place pre-orders 7 days in advance up to 48 hours before your departure / arrival or transit in Poti port.
